Whats wrong with this neck?

4 hens about 2.5 years old. Getting one egg a day and lots of feathers so someone is molting. Last week this one looked fine then today I noticed her neck. A little spot of blood too. She seems to be eating and moving about ok, but tends to stay in the coop when the others


are in the run. Have had no aggression in the past and all beaks have been clipped. Any thoughts?

Those are new feathers growing in. She is molting.
