whats wrong with this turkey?

i have 4 poults all around 7 or 8 weeks old now. for the past three weeks ive noticed one always seems 'sleepy' for lack of a better word. constantly gaping/yawning, eyes either half open of full closed...but all the while it is still standing?
the other three are all active, jumping and running about but this one seems to stand in the same spot all day?

any advice as to what could be wrong?
they all eat and drink the same..they are not yet outside (though im hoping to get them out in the daytime sometime soon)

Try a higher protein food or stimulation they don’t like to be touched so that will make them run away at least

I have found that boiled egg yoke, as suggested on BYC, stimulates all of our 1-2 week old poults into a frenzy. One of them goes very quiet after eating the white and stops feeding for a while so we don't give them that now.

they are on 25% protein food at the moment. its the highest we can find out here.
will try adding boiled egg yolk
