Ok, I have 18 hens and have been getting 8-10 eggs a day. I thought this was ok for 18 hens. But, recently, I have only been getting 3-5 eggs! This has been going on for about a month and a half. At first, I thought the were molting, but a month! I didn't think it would last this long. Any advice is helpful! Pease and Thank You very much!

How old and what breeds do you have? If they were spring 11 chicks, it's normal for them to not lay this second winter. They molt then take the winter off, starting back up again in the spring. Or, depending on what breeds you have, some just slow way down even that first winter.
