whats wrong!!!???

My silkie was bought today and she doesn't walk at all, she just stands there with her feet pointing outwards and spread apart! She is drinking, but wont eat! She is 5 months old and I need help quickly!

Sorry I'm not more help, I can tell it is sick, but not an expert on doctoring chickens, I'm one of those mean old farmers that culls.
