Back in the day it was english.....

LOL When I was in high school I brought home my grades to my Dad, "How can you fail everything and have a 96% in English?"
I said, "Pop, she is H O T !"
That year Our english teacher was hired right out of college, she was a cheerleader, and minored in Dance.

The funny thing is that it changes - in high school it was literature and history. My first pass through college resulted in a literature degree. I avoided math and science completely, because I thought it was hard and I wasn't very good at it. Then I got laid off, decided to get a certificate in technical writing to broaden my marketability and discovered the science classes were interesting and math wasn't nearly as hard as I though it was (more like I was ready to learn it). So I got a degree in engineering instead of technical writing. Worked as an engineer for about 5 years and didn't care for the cubicle life so I went back to school and got graduate degrees in geology and engineering.

So after originally avoiding science and math, I now have multiple degrees in those fields.
