Not long ago I discovered an entity called playing for change. It is an organization that promotes music and the arts around the world. One of their avenues is to perform some older songs but by people living all over the world It is a collaboration, and it has a beautiful result. With each new artist participating they give their name and their location. I'll include some that move me here. The first features Ringo Starr and Robbie Robertson, the latter just died a few months ago - as well as dozens of other musicians. These songs show what a universal language music is. The production endeavor is a thing of beauty.
