"Denver"- Red and Green bell peppers diced and cooked into the egg, filled with mild cheddar and jack cheese and ham cubes .... sometimes I add sauteed mushrooms ..... in Denver, they often smother it with green chile sauce in restaurants ..... I prefer a dash of hot sauce, m'self.....
