What's your incubator humidity level days 1-18 then 18-21?

I have two incubator's one with a fan and one with out. I have a heck of a time keeping the moisture levels steady in the one with the fan. Any suggestionis.

My eggs are hatched. I had 33 eggs to start with. Day 7, 9 eggs were not fertile and 5 died. Left me with 19. Day 13 all looked good. Day 18 not to sure about 2 of them. Left them all in. 15 hatched today candled other 4 they died. Think this hatch went well.

About 50% I think is the norm. I have had 100% but they were my eggs and it was cooler out. January type months. Those hatches make you think wow this is easy what is happening to everyone else...... well several hatches later I know better now. I also would like to know if anyone thinks that the last ones to hatch, do they get effected by the terrible stench that occurs from a large hatch?... maybe smaller is better.

I had mine at 55% all the way through hatch and had a 95% hatch
I started mine at 40% - 50%. Will it matter if I increased the humidity to 55% if the eggs are around 15 days? The reason I asked is because, I have the GQF 1502 incubator. It is my first time using an incubator. So I keep on adding eggs every week. 2 days ago, I reading the manual, it says that I have to increase humidity level after the 18 day. I am worried that the rest of my eggs wont hatch if I do that. Can you advice me on this? Thank you.

Thank you all so much for this thread! Tomorrow is lock down and my humidity has been between 25-45 days 1-17 and everyone is growing! I was wondering what humidity I need for lockdown and I think I'm gonna shoot for 65
