What's your thoughts on this gender

That is how he was born, I tried to repair his feet in his first few weeks of life, but they just wouldn't stay

Roo. You may want to cull or separate him to make certain you don't hatch from the ladies he likes - that foot problem is likely genetic and will be passed to his offspring.
 
If that roo was any manlier, he'd pass out from testosterone poisoning.
