I disagree. The second is definitely a cockerel with that blue breast

I agree with Rhodebar Lover. The bottom definitely a blue wheaten cockerel. Top picture I’m not sure not looking like a wheaten or blue wheaten. You can see here typical juvenile wheaten darker one on box is blue wheaten and darker one infront of box is wheaten cockerel. The rest are wheaten pullets. I look more at the breast color because my line the pullets start out darker but after adult molt the hackles clean up.
