Ok, here is my update with a follow up question. Or rather questions, have not finished typing yet... Maybe more than one.
I finally moved my 10 cuties to the bath tub after discovering they were using the water bottle to jump onto the side of their tote. Well that and they are growing like troopers and the tote was becoming rather close quarters.
All but one have feather almost everywhere, including the rather amusing racing stripes they have developed on their chests. In just two weeks (Thursday) I am amazed by the growth and their abilities. They are looking all scruffy and look like no one owns them too.
I hope to have some pictures later on.
Alright, here are the questions.
I have been weighing my wee ones and they on average 4.5oz. However I do have one that is growing at a much slower rate and 'she' weighs around 3.5oz. 'She' has only just got tail feathers coming in. Wing feathers are looking nice and tidy. This is normal right?
Also my 'she' has a much larger comb than then others, even with the lack of growing. Do I have a possible boy on my hands?
The smallest one is eating fine and no one pushes it out of food time, 'she' is also the most curious and is more than happy to venture to my hands first to see what goodies I have.
Could I post a picture here of my possible boy, or would I need to take that to the sex/breed category?
