Wheezing and sneezing duckling

I have a duckling who hatched about 12 days ago and he is perfectly active, eating, drinking, and acting normal but he is sneezing like crazy. He just started wheezing slightly, like when he breathes in it sounds sorta like he’s whistling. I’m noticing a tiny crackle in his lungs but other than that he’s super happy and active, no sign of him acting sick at all. He hasn’t had any exposure to any other bird except his hatch mate who hatched a day after him. I’m really careful and make sure to wash my hands and change my clothes before I handle these babies since I do have an flock. These two little ones are kept inside too and carefully monitored to make sure they’re healthy and that they don’t get into anything they’re not supposed to. Should I be concerned or worried? I don’t have an avian vet anywhere near me so I can’t get them checked out.

Is it possible he's got dust or something similar in his nostrils? Does he gave access to water deep enough to get his whole head under water?
