Wheezing bird, runny poop

Hi, all. I have a 15-month old Buff Orpington hen who is acting kind of funny this morning, and I am hoping you can help.

My main concern is that she sounds like she is wheezing. I heard what sounded a bit like an egg song, and then it changed into that purring noise that chickens make on both the in and out of her breaths. I saw her poop, and it was quite runny.

Any ideas? Contagious?

She could have a respiratory disease like Infectious Bronchitis.
Infectious Bronchitis is like the common human cold, but for chickens. It is contagious, but does not kill. If she does have this, she will recover on her own.

What color was the runny poop? Green, brown, ect.
