You could give a little garlic and vit C in the water to help boost their immune systems.
After being sick chickens can take a while to start laying again, also if the weather is cold, a lot of chickens will stop laying until it warms up

I’ve been mixing a little ACV and garlic in their water since she was sick. I think she had a big moult, and 3 days ago went back to her clamber all over you self... and laid an egg today! So happy she is back to normal
