Wheezing Red Ranger Help Please

Wheezing and sounds congested at 5 weeks.......? I've quarantined her and know I should cull. Any ideas?

How did she do? I had a 12 week old ranger do that but she got well. It was during the cool, rainy spring, which is a challenging time foe everyone's health.
