Wheezy breathing

My hen - almost a year old - is making funny noises this morning. It is constant, and almost sounds like wheezy or raspy breath. She makes them both on the inhale and exhale. And the noise is constant.

Any ideas? Should I be concerned?

My chicken did that yesterday actually. I think they are actually affected by pollen! she doesn't seem to be doing it anymore today though....
