I believe I have 2 bronze turkeys, but have no idea if they're toms or hens, or one of each. I'm not sure of their ages but I do know that the bigger one is a few weeks older. How can I tell if at least one of them is a tom?

This is my first year raising Turkeys so don't feel comfortable giving any advice but

Beautiful Turkeys! I don't much about raising turkeys. But the second one looks like a standard bronze poult. And the first picture looks like a Narragansett. I am not sure on gender, maybe when they get older? Of course I am NOT 100% sure. Maybe some one more experienced could chime in.

They remind me of my Royal Palms. One being bigger than the other. xD

The only way to tell at this age is to vent sex them.. It is rather easy.. :)

and you have a 50/50 chance with getting it right.. you can goodle vent sexing on youtube

Can't tell the sex really at this age. To be sure, it will be at about 14 weeks of age. Even the hens will strut like a Tom.

This is true. At three months you can begin to tell. At four months you can be certain. Before that it's by guess and by golly.

Hi Colby, haven't seen you around much lately.
