When are my girls going to lay?and when is the roo going to mount them?

My hen are 3 almost 4 months old a few more days till 4 months old all of them exept for the red one.

And when will the roo start to mount them?he is already pulling and holding on to the hens feathers for seconds over food mostly :/

You pullets should start laying at 5-6 months of age. As far as your rooster it depends on him. I have one that is trying to mount the hens at 3 months. My hens won't have him.
