When are they ready?

I haven't been able to get the timing down just right. I'm trying to figure out about what age are they prime to make Chicken Nuggets? Any suggestions? If it has BBQ ill be Scoot'n

Are you talking about CornishX, Freedom Rangers, DP or egg breeds?
Depending on which breed of chicken, are you asking at which age is ideal to extract tenderloins for chicken fingers, tenders or nuggets?
How are you feeding/raising them?
