I have 2 jumbo pekin ducks, they are approximately 9 weeks old. I want to switch my hens/pullets back to layer and wondered if it would hurt the ducks.

This is one of the trickiest parts of flock management, it seems to me. The recommendations I have read often are not to feed layer pellets to non-laying ducks (includes ducklings). At the same time, layers need their calcium.

There is something called Flock Raiser a number of people use, with free choice oyster shell on the side.

I have a few girls who need plenty of calcium, so even though we now have a drake, layer feed is what I put out. Not great, but the girls seem to have the more immediate need. And I wish they would just eat more oyster shell.

Nope, their much to young for a layer, besides do you even know if their ducks as opposed to drakes? you have a couple of options, a flock raiser or a chicken/duck grower. Save the layer for when they reach that stage

I have flock raiser now and oyster shell, but my hens refuse the oyster shell so we are now only getting one egg a day :(

I have no clue what sex they are, there are no tail curls yet. Unfortunately if they are males they'll be processed come June anyways.
