When can hens go out?

I am new to this forum and new to raising chickens. I have raised 12 buff orphingtons in my garage since they were a day old while I built their tractor. they are now 8 weeks old and I am wondering if they can be moved outside. The night time temperature here gets to be in the low 40s yet. Any advise? thanks.

If they are fully feathered out they can go outside. 8 weeks old they should be fully feathered, or close to it.

Yep, at 8 weeks old they should be fine.
