When can I bathe?

I have been having some trouble with lice off and on. I have dusted with sevins twice in two weeks and the problem seems to have been minimized.

Come nice weather here in NE PA, I want to get out and not only disinfect the coop well, but also put all the chickies through a Adams flea and tick soak. What does the temp need to be outside so that they don't get a chill. I have about 35 to do and would like to get them all done at once and repeat two weeks later to hopefully knock this problem out.

Unless it's really warm, I wouldn't recommend bathing them outside. If you need to bathe them in winter, I would suggest using an inside sink or bathtub and blow-drying them afterwards so they don't get chilled.
