When can I be expecting eggs?

With my Rhode Island Reds, I can tell if they will let me "pet them on the back'. The laying hens will squat down and let me do it. They must think I'm a rooster. The sexually immature birds want no part of it.

It's spring and all four of my gals are now full fledged hens, laying one egg a day each.
