When can I expect my ‘chicks’to start laying?

I wouldn’t be so impatient if it wasn’t for all our other hens going off the lay simultaneously.

Had same thing happen here last fall,
pullets were not cooperating despite supplemental lighting.
Then when they all came back into lay, I had too many eggs.
