WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO GET BIGGER EGGS

my pullets have just started to lay. I have red sex link,tetra link,leghorn.eggs have been small.is this normal.should I worry about me doing something wrong.how much longer will this continue?

it takes a little while, a few days, mabye a week for them to start laying right. They usually lay some odd looking eggs at first.
