When can I let my chicks out of the brooder and into the coop?

They are coming in 5-9 days and they should be 1-3 days old.

I brooded directly in the built-in brooder in my coop using a brooder plate. I wouldn't do it with a heat lamp. The lows were in the low 20s and the chicks did great.
