I got two baby ducks a few days ago, and I'm wondering when can I let them swim?

I don't let mine swim for the first two weeks. The most important thing is to make sure they stay warm after they get out of the pool, pond, etc.

If you want to put them in the sink in warm water for a few minutes to let them play it would probably be fine AS long as you don't leave them and no longer than maybe 5-10 minutes. you don't want them to chill, so it's real important that when they get out you make sure to blot them dry then put them straight under their heat lamp to finish drying. Enjoy!

Thank y'all :) I just put them in a bowl of warm water one of them enjoyed it the other one not so much, dried them up and put them back in there bed under their light X3 They're to cute
