Move them over one larger chick at a time to the smaller. The next day add another larger chick if it went well till you have them all together. I do that all the time. It is important for one at a time though. Within a few days they are integrated and the older chicks have the bonus of snuggling with the smaller like a mother.
The larger may bowl them over but, as long as they are not pecking it is ok.
