When can I move them outside?

I have six EE chicks in an indoor brooder right now. I would love to move them outside as soon as possible. I will still have a lamp out there for them, and they will still be separate from the other hens. It's still getting into the 40's here at night. Just looking for some advice... Thanks for anything you can offer.

My chicks are started outside in a dog kennel in the shed with a heat lamp on them. The heat lamp is moved further and further away until they are 4 week old (as long as night time temps are okay) and then at 5 weeks they are put into an outside coop with no lamp. I don't baby my chicks, I have human babies to worry about at this point.
