When can I process my roos?

I have four roos, 2 Black Australorps and 2 Buff Orps. They are between 13-15 weeks, I lost count.

Anyhoo, when can we eat them? They're starting to fight too much for me. And peck me everytime I go into the coop. Thanks!

They'll have to be 17-20 weeks before there's anything but feathers, feet, and crow...
