when can I sell the bobwhite chicks?

After the hatch, when are they able to be sold to the public?
I have a pet and farm store that wants them for catch/release sales.

You should be able to sell them as soon as they're born. But they can't be turned loose that soon. And when they finally could be turned loose wouldn't they be dependant on people providing their food and water? I think they would end up all dead when turned loose. I personally would talk to your local Hunting and Fishing dept where you live and see what they say. Heck, it could even be illegal where you live.

when mine hatched i sold some of them at 2 days old, here is a pic of them before i sold some
