When can i take chicks outside?

Ive got 13 silkie chicks. A week and a few days old. I have a temporary holding pen in my chicken coop. And ive got a heat lamp I can turn on at night. The high in my area is 89, the low at night is 60. Hence the heat lamp. Is it fine to go ahead and put them in the little enclosure?. Ive got a karge dog crate I can box in so they have a enclosed space to go in as well.

I might put them out for the day if it's warm enough, and than back to a secure brooder at night.
