So I have 20 chicks around 4 weeks old. And I have 8 guinea's around 7 or 8 weeks old and whom are fully feathered.
Every morning I take the chicks out to the coop. And they spend the day with the guinea's and every evening when the guinea's roost I bring all 20 chicks inside the house to their brooder box.
The chicks feathers are really starting to fill in.
I am in South Middle Tennessee and the day time temps are usually around 90 and night time is usually in the 70's however mid 60's can happen.
The last few days I noticed the chicks are starting to climb up on the roosts which are pretty high.
Just wondering when they should be ok without no heat bulb outside?
Here are some pictures of the chicks, note some are still pretty tiny.
