When can my chicks go outside?

So I am currently raising 12 chickens that I intend to use for meat. 8 regular broilers and 4 dual purpose. They are at 4 weeks old and their garage brooder is starting to smell a little bit and get pretty crowded. For the past week we have had mid 60-low 70s here for temps and I have had them outside during the day. They seem to do fine. This week it is suppose to get mid 80s here this week. Am I ok to move them outside full time? Thanks.

Are those temps daily highs or lows? If they are lows, it would be fine for them to be outdoors full time. If highs then maybe leave it a couple of weeks.
