when can my chicks go outside?

I have three chicks and theyre reaching 4 weeks old. i live in arizona and the air is really warm right now. can i put my chicks to live outside now? or is it to soon? theyre are starting to stink up the house

You can put them out anytime, they may still need supplemental heat, if the temps drop too low, 90-95 (minus 5-7 degrees for each week) so temp should be between around 70, so if it gets below that at night, give them some extra warmth. Once they are fully feathered (around 8 weeks) you can take away the heat.
