When can my peeps go outside?

from MN. I kicked mine out at 5 weeks as they were flying out of the brooder, but it was July. I did keep a lamp on them at night but once they are fully feathered they probably don't need it, they can huddle. I missed them when they went out but it was nice to get rid of the dust.
