I'm not sure when excalty my ring necks can go from the brooder into there pen, not flight pen immedetly but there coop part, they are getting to big for the brooder I have them in and don't know when I can put them out there???

It really depends on how big they are. From the picture it looks like they could be out within this week. If the cold weather is the problem just run an extention cord out to the coop. They are probably going to need a lamp out there no matter how big they are anyway as the light acts as a mother for them ever since they were little chicks.

At least 4 weeks old if the weather is warm. If the nights are under 70 degrees you may need to provide a little heat at night. At 6 weeks they should be fine.

Okay they are a 3 weeks and 1 day old and they are just getting way to big for the brooder where I have them now, but I don't have electric out at the coop/flightpen to put a heat lamp out there.

What temperature are they at in the brooder right now?

They are running around 85 degrees with the heat lamp on but here it's been running mid 80s during the day and low 70s high 60s at night

If you want them outside now it would probably be in your best interest to run electricity out there. They still need a lamp for heat.
