When can they go in with the big chicks?

So my babies are 3 weeks old. They have been going outside in their own little cage for a while now. The weather here is nice now, and we were wondering at what age can we introduce them to the "big coop"? We have 3 hens and a roo in the big coop, and I am ready to have them moved out, got 3 dozen more due in a week.
