When Can They Go Outside?

I have 9 baby chicks that are 3 weeks old yesterday. They are like 3/4 feathered but they are quickly outgrowing the brooder. When can I safely put them outside in their sectioned off part of the run? Our lows the next 10 days don’t get below 68 and we are high 70s to low 90s. We are expecting rain this weekend so that’s probably not good for them. I can wait another week but just wondering since they’re itchin’ for more room!

From the temperatures they should be OK but not if they get wet. Will that section of the run stay dry if it rains?

It may get a little wet I think. It has a roof but open on 2 sides. So maybe keep them in till we aren't expecting rain anymore?
