When Can Toms Go Back in Coop with Hens and Poults

Hi! I have 4 adult tom turkeys and 3 adult hen's. The hen's hatched some poults three weeks ago and 2 weeks ago I added 4 day old poults (which the hen's accepted). I had separated the toms from the hen's when the poults hatched because I was worried about the toms stepping on the tiny poults. When can I reintroduce the toms?

I would wait a couple of weeks until the poults can get out of the way. Last week a had two hens hatch some eggs and I had them separated from the toms. Somehow they pushed the enclosure door open and some of the babies (two days old) and the hens came out, when I got home I found 6 of the babies squashed. I think that when the hen squatted to cover the babies, the toms tried to mount her/them and in the process the babies got squashed.
