when can u tell if ur chicks feathers are frizzle or not. i had a frizzle cochin bantam hatch and i dont know if it has the frizzle gene or not. it has pin feathers right now. when can i tell if there frizzled or not

How old is it now? Frizzled feathers show up sort of all of a sudden, in my experience, and pretty early. Here's a chick about a week old, he's already showing the frizzled feathers.
