Barrie Ontario Town Bylaws

I am wondering if anyone lives in the Barrie Ontario area and knows if the city will allow Pheasants? I know they do not allow chickens as listed under domesticated fowl, but pheasants are usually considered a game bird not domesticated fowl. Was hoping this was a loophole as the bylaws do not directly state pheasant
