When can you tell if you have any roo's?

All could be hen s for all I can tell. Side shots of them in a more natural setting would give more hints if any were roo's. At this point all I can say with any degree of accuracy is that they are all Girls ...........OR Boys :p

And as silly as it seems you can put your hand in the brooder and lightly shake your finger at em kinda in their face the girls will likely put heads down and try to get in the huddle the boys are likely to put their heads up and kinda follow the finger or puff out the chest and raise tiny hackles a bit. Sounds silly but has proven to be pretty accurate.
True. It is silly and has no basis in fact.
 
One way I can pretty much tell is that generally the females will get tail buds before the males do. Might not work with all breeds.
