When can you tell the hen from gobbler??

I have two turkeys left and want to know whether they are both hens, both gobblers, or one of each. They are know three months old and starting to develop the skin on there had and throat. I would post pictures but don't know how?? Any advice you could give me to look for???

I can usually tell male from female very early. If you post a picture of your turkeys, I could help you.
