When can you tell?

I have 5 almost 3 week old chicks. I was wondering when you can tell what gender they are.

when they about 5 or 6 weeks old...but with certain breeds you can tell by the color of the chick when it is just hatched ex.Black sex-link males have a white dot on their heard Females do not

Some breeds you can tell earlier like 3 weeks, and some individuals within a breed look male earlier than others. If you post pictures it is helpful.
