seems to be a bit too much fluid came out... maybe he drown? only 2 of mine had that much fluid when they pipped, 1 drown before she could completly zip, and i mean he was minutes away from getting out (wish i'd help out now)...and 2 i had to help bc i saw the issues he was having and when he pipped a lot of fluid poured out, and i knew he would drown if i didn't step in.
