When did your golden comets start to lay?

Hello chicken friends!
I know golden comets can lay pretty early but my mom said hers started to lay at 14 weeks!! Golden comets seem to be a very popular chicken and I want to know when your golden comets started to lay...

We had one that never laid an egg due to a reproductive issue. She lived for 14 months until EYP finally took her down. Gorgeous bird, friendly, chatty, good natured, sweet personality, liked to be near people. Love the Comet's personalities.
I would expect them to start laying by 20 weeks for sure.

I'm sorry to hear about your golden comet. One of my girls is kinda stand off-ish and the other is the low lady on the totem pole, but so sweet
