When did your Sexlink lay her first egg?!

I'm just wondering when everybody's sexlink(s) started laying.
What color and how old was she when she laid her first egg?

Ok so here's mine- Red and still waiting at 15 weeks+6 days!!

mine started at 17 to 18 weeks, you should see some soon. they lay a light to med brown egg.

We got our first eggs (three in the same day!) when our RSL were 19 weeks 5 days old. You're getting close!

mine laid there first eggs TODAY 17weeks and 2 days, i have 6 rsl hens so dont know who to congratulate. pictured next to a shop brought medium egg. last one in the box

so no need to buy anymore

We have 3 BSL and 3 RSL. We got our first egg on the day they turned 17 weeks and the. Who laid first but buy week 18 they were all laying. Two of ours lay eggs so big that they make the top of the egg carton bulge up. Ours also lay light to med brown.

2 of them at 16 weeks, 2 more at 17 and I'm still waiting for 2 to start. They are almost 18 weeks now...I think

We have two Black Sex Links, and they both started laying on the same day: 16 weeks, 1 day.

They've laid every single morning since (31 days, now!).

Mine are 16 weeks tomorrow, so hope for some good luck when i go to let them out of the coop!!!

It's so frustrating everytime i go to check on them, i instinctively look in the nest boxes and i leave empty handed.

Its so interesting to hear about other peoples birds tho, half the time when i come on to BYC, i don't even log in..i just come to read about everybody's flocks, and also problems and solutions. Thanks all!
