I have 2 Ameracaunas hens 23 weeks old. One started laying at 22 weeks. The other is not laying yet. They will be 24 weeks in a couple of days. Is this a problem or should I just wait awhile?

Some chickens take longer then others. Just make sure they have nest boxes available and plenty of nutritious food and they should start laying by 26 weeks of age at the latest.

Best of luck!

Some do take longer....but 26 weeks is by no means the latest possible.
It's hard to be patient, as long as she doesn't seem ill, just hang in there.
