When do chicks voices change?

My cutie pie hubby told me tonight he wanted to take our BR to the vet cause she sounds hoarse! I was like, no that is her teenager voice! She sounds like a duck. Think she was born around June 1st

Two of my 4 EE's started bawking and the other two cheap. They started that at 13 weeks
